Enquiry free – initial consultation at a fixed fee
Your enquiry is free and without obligation. The initial legal consultation (up to 60 minutes) costs €300 plus VAT. If you then instruct us with your divorce, this amount is credited in full – further representation is billed under the statutory fee scale (RVG) or at an agreed hourly rate. You receive the terms in writing before the appointment.

What to expect from the first consultation
The first consultation is about you: we listen, make sense of your situation, and show you your options — clearly and without pressure, in English. You then decide, in your own time, whether and how to proceed.
If your divorce has an international element, we set the key course early: which country and which law offer the better conditions for your situation.
